I made Pensacola my home over 35 years ago, being a native of Tennessee. I live in the North Hill Historic District near downtown Pensacola. I have now had over 30 enjoyable years in the Pensacola, Gulf Breeze area residential real estate market as my full-time career. I love the uniqueness of each and every transaction. I offer my clients my experience and background in negotiating anything from beach condos to small cottages to big mansions to horse farms and everything in between. I have my broker's license and have been a multi-million dollar producer for most of my career. I have a B.S. degree in Education from East Tennessee State University and taught school for 4 years following college. For many years I have worked with my partner, Jenny Smith.
